Your tasks

Are you ready to join KoRos growth in the dynamic Benelux market Were looking for a driven and strategic Growth Manager to strengthen our presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role youll align local initiatives with revenue goals define market strategies and lead impactful campaigns that engage customers and drive sales. From identifying market opportunities to executing creative brand activations youll play a key role in expanding KoRos reach across multiple channels.   • Revenue Management
    • Aligning local market initiatives with the topline revenue targets
  • Market Strategy and Positioning
    • Defining the target audience and market positioning as well as creating localized strategies to strengthen KoRos presence in the Netherlands and Belgium
    • Identifying opportunities and threats in the competitive landscape and changes in consumer behavior
  • Campaign Management
    • Leading the development of localized campaign calendars to ensure timely and effective multichannel execution
    • Planning executing and managing localized campaigns brand activations events and popups to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue
    • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g. ROI CVR CTR) to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns and improve future campaigns
    • Ensuring marketing consistency across all sales channels (B2C Retail B2B and Marketplaces)
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration
    • Be the goto person for all brandedrelated activities.

Your profile

  • Ideally you would be available to start as soon as possible.
  • You have a degree in Communications Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • You are based in Berlin and open to relocating to the Netherlands perspectively. Alternatively you are already based in the Netherlands and open to coming to Berlin for your first months at KoRo!
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French knowledge is a plus!
  • You have at least 3 years of experience working in growth marketing brand activations partnerships event management or related fields in Benelux.
  • Ideally you have experience in the food industry (specifically the snack industry).
  • You have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • You approach campaigns partnerships and overall project solving in a datadriven way.
  • You possess strong project management and communication skills.
  • You are adaptable show great attention to detail and possess a sense of cultural sensitivity (e.g. understanding and respecting the cultural nuances of Benelux).
