Were looking for an Engineering Manager who will be a multiplier for our and development team helping them to achieve their full potential. You also enjoy building and continuously enhancing our SoftwareasaService product and collaborating closely with a Product Manager and UX Designer within your team.
Your role will be to empower your team fostering an environment where engineers can perform at their best and grow as a team. You will do this by making sure that each team member is clear about what we expect and how they can grow by ensuring that our processes help rather than hinder and by working with all engineers to ensure that we are building highquality software.
