Home & Co is a vertically integrated asset management company in the PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) sector aiming to simplify and elevate living experiences. We provide a microliving platform offering digital access to apartments with convenient services and modern interiors striving to be Europes leading lifestyle living platform.
We seek a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to craft sales materials develop social media strategies conduct research and create reports. The ideal candidate is proactive adaptable and committed to collaborative work under a bottomup leadership style.
Tasks
Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop highquality engaging content for sales & marketing materials presentations and client communication.
- Craft compelling messaging for digital and print campaigns email newsletters and promotional texts.
- Design and execute effective social media strategies that align with brand identity and objectives.
Research Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct indepth research on market trends competitors and customer behavior.
- Analyze findings to extract actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Create clear and compelling reports and presentations that communicate research outcomes effectively.
Account Management
- Assist in managing client accounts ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience (B2B & B2C)
- Support client communication efforts including followups issue resolution and updates on campaign performance.
- Maintain and organize accountrelated documents and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Performance Marketing
- Support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. PPC social ads).
- Monitor key metrics and contribute to performance reports identifying actionable insights to drive improvement.
Requirements
- A background in Marketing Sales Hospitality or related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive materials.
- Experience in social media strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to conduct research analyze data and create clear professional reports and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with account management processes and client communication.
- This role is based in Berlin.
- Must be fluent in English and German.
