Your main tasks
- Improve customer experience: Responsible for installing software with precision and finesse. Provide our valued customers with highly competent support answering their questions and offering customised solutions in CAD/CAM products. Strive for humility in every interaction and ensure that our stakeholders receive exceptional service.
- Conduct product presentations: Create compelling presentations of our CAD/CAM products that demonstrate innovation and conduct them directly with our customers. Demonstrate our latest technologies and help customers use our software and develop them into proficient users.
- Training and customised workshops: Design and lead training and customised workshops to ensure that our customers can exploit the full potential of our products. In doing so you will respond to customers individual needs and deliver practical expertise.
- Represent OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events: Represent our company at national and international trade fairs and events. You will make contacts present our products and strengthen OPEN MINDs position as a leading CAD/CAM software provider.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering manufacturing engineering industrial engineering a related field or comparable work experience
- Several years of experience in manufacturing and CNC programming
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems is an advantage but not mandatory
- Skills with hyperMILL or in the field of turning is a plus but not a requirement
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Selfmotivated individual who demonstrates independence and organisational skills
- Passion for innovative technologies and solutions
- Willing to travel and enjoy working in an international environment
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and good knowledge of English
