Job: CNC Operator
Location: Utica NE(Onsite)
Mode of Hire: Fulltime
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and detailoriented CNC Mill and Lathe Operators to join our team. In this role you will operate stateoftheart CNC machines in a climatecontrolled environment producing highquality parts for a wide range of industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a fun and collaborative team atmosphere.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure precision and quality in all parts produced.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a machinist school program or equivalent practical job experience in CNC operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
