Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team and maximize earning potential through strong technical and mechanical skills. This role focuses on hydraulics welding and wiring with specific training provided. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license and no recent careless/reckless driving records.
General Performance Requirements:- Proven field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot test repair and service equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Arc and MIG welding.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems PLCs and hydraulics.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical/welding symbols.
- CDL preferred but not required; good driving record is essential.
- Willingness to travel overnight as required.
- Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards.
- Onthejob training and apprenticeship modules provided.
- Participate in 360degree performance reviews.
- Continuous learning opportunities in troubleshooting hydraulics PLCs fabrication and solution analytics.
- Follow all safety guidelines in the employee handbook and any updated training.
- Maintain PPE and toolkits to standard for onsite and field assignments.
- Adhere to vendor and customer safety compliance standards.
