Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design develop and maintain Salesforce applications that enhance business processes and improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Development & Customization:
- Design develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Build Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Platform Maintenance:
- Conduct regular audits and maintenance of Salesforce data applications and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including administrators analysts and other developers.

Performance Optimization:
- Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and ensure scalability.
- Implement best practices for coding and configuration in Salesforce.

Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Provide training and support to endusers as required.

Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs middleware or ETL tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools (e.g. Git).

Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator or Integration Architecture Designer are a plus.

Experience:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture governor limits and platform capabilities.
