Job Description
Job Title: Full time Director of Rehab (DOR)
Location: Tacoma WA 98409
Pay Ranges (Hourly) DOR:
- Occupational Therapist (OT): $45 $50
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): $36 $40
- Physical Therapist (PT): $45 $50
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $35 $39
- SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP): $47 $52
Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guarantee Hours: 40
Days: Monday Friday
(Only for US Citizens)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Develop and implement policies procedures and programs for the department.
- Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure highquality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budget resources and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or SpeechLanguage Pathology.
- 2 years of DOR experience ideal.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid state and therapist license (PT OT or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. Required
