Job Description
Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Location: AUSTIN TX (HYBRID)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Handson experience with Microsoft PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI technical solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Experience in design and development of Canvas and Modeldriven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience developing Power Automate Flows Desktop Flows and business process Flows.
- Experience with Dataverse tables and usage.
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
- Experience with Power BI report development.
- Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Good teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with both functional and technical staff on the project.
- Experience in Agile development and sprint planning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with Power Platform mobile apps Power Virtual Agents Power Pages and PowerApps portals.
- Understand business objectives and problems and provide alternative solutions conducting cost/benefit analysis.
- Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
- Collaborate with organizational units to analyze current operational procedures identify issues and gather specific input/output requirements.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs program functions and steps required for program development or modification.
- Review system capabilities specifications and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of requested changes.
- Work closely with the HHSC Managed Care Utilization Review team to develop solutions within the Microsoft 365 Power Platform focusing on Power Apps Dataverse Power Automate and Power BI.
- Assist in modernizing utilization review forms and streamline processes using Power Platform technologies.
