Job Description
Position: LPN/LVN Tele
Location: Independence MO 64057
Pay Rate: $39/hour
Shift: Days/Nights( 77 Shift )
Duration: 13 weeks
Unit Profiles:
Unit Notes
- Number of Beds 36
- Number of Staff 70
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift 1 charge 9 RN/LPN 3 PCT (Full staff)
- Night Shift 1 charge 8 RN/LPN 3 PCT (Full staffing)
- Patient Ratios 4 to 5:1
- Type of equipment Pyxis Alaris pumps Welch Allen Vitals machines
- EMR Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- ACLS
- Experience recovering postcath patients (no sheath removal) and pacemaker placements stroke patients amiodarone drips Cardizem drips.
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
NIH
Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
- Scrub Color/Attire Grey for RNs.
Floating Area(s):
- Other telemetry departments medsurg PCU
Weekends and On call (if any)
- 3 weekend shifts in 4week schedule. Friday and Saturday for nights Saturday and Sunday for days.
