Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will be working with a team of enthusiastic members supporting our critical technology systems and guiding our business partners & end users with industry best practices solution design and creating long term value to our customers.
  • Act as Servant leader to an Agile team.
  • Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiency and performance from Scaled Agile practices and values.
  • Coach Agile teams in selforganization and continuous improvement.
  • Guide the Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value.
  • Manage risks mitigate impediments and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Standups Iteration Planning Refinement sessions Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear concise prioritized and understood by every member of the Agile team.
  • Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency.
  • Work with peer Scrum Masters Release Train Engineers and Agile Coaches to increase the effectiveness of Scaled Agile.

  • Ability to facilitate constructive debate and resolve disagreements and conflicts constructively
  • Deliver handson training and coaching of defined Agile practices to individual teams and programs.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and crossregionally across multiple Product portfolios
  • Understand other engineering processes and methodologies and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/Enterprise

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Teamfirst servant leader mentality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master
  • Certified PSM or CSM
