Job Description:

Responsible for the operating activities of one or more functional departments and/or branches.

Develop and maintain plans policies and procedures for all operating activities.
-
Identifies prioritizes and communicates all system and process issues that affect productivity and efficiency and provides input and support for necessary improvements.
-
Duties may include but are not limited to creating or maintaining operation policies return procedures scheduling quality assurance billing cost analysis reporting or inventory reconciliation.

Requires 3 to 5 years revelant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Operational Support Specialist: The primary function is to provide daytoday client support in relation to Paulsboro/Canada Operations.
-
You will take ownership of ensuring we are delivering our products and services with a high level of quality while meeting our contractual commitments.
-
You will be the main point of contact for the Customer and/or Account Team in relation to orders and responsible for handling any escalations or customer concerns from an Operations perspective.
-
You will be working with all of our Operational Management Teams to help drive our serviceability metrics and ensure all shipments and deliveries are on time.

You will be responsible for identifying and communicating any roadblocks or risks along with assisting the Paulsboro/Canada Operations with any support needed to successfully achieve our clients goals.

Job Description:

Serves as the primary point of contact for all Paulsboro/Canada Operations activities acts as the liaison to operational teams.

Supports PM/SDM in ensuring all client deliverables and metrics are achieved and any risks/ SLA breaches are properly communicated and/or escalated proactively.

Manages all Supply Chain aspects of assigned accounts including execution of product and services contract provisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinates inventory management with support teams and monitors threshold levels of Customer Supplied Product.
