Themis Recruit are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our client a reputable legal team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of propertyrelated disputes providing expert legal advice and representation to a variety of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of property law excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex litigation matters.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 15 years PQE (approximately).
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high diligence in producing consistently highquality work and documentation.
- Flexible Approach: Ability to work flexibly to meet client deadlines and ensure regular and consistent communication with clients.
- Business Development: Interest in and aptitude for business development activities.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills particularly with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority effectively as well as liaise with internal departments and external contacts.
- Organizational Skills: Good organisational abilities including prioritising tasks making decisions and working efficiently in a sometimespressurized environment.
