Job Description
On behalf of our client a leading player in the Energy Market we are looking to hire an Energy Commercial Analyst in Dublin.
The Role:
- Support the origination process in developing commercial strategies for the route to market PPA sector.
- Analyse and assess the commercial value and risks associated with renewable portfolio opportunities and PPA agreements.
- Report and analyse the performance of existing renewable commercial contracts.
- Keeping up to date with changes in the energy markets and support schemes for new renewable energy technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the energy sector.
- Bachelors degree in business engineering sustainability finance or related field/equivalent work experience.
- Ability to model forecast and analyse potential commercial value prices and risks for a range of contract types and options.
- Analytically minded who is capable of involvement in negotiations in a commercially sensitive environment.
