Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Practice Work: Engage in all areas of practice work for a diverse range of personal tax and business clients.
Accounts and Tax Preparation: Prepare sole trader accounts personal tax returns company accounts and corporation tax returns.
VAT Services: Provide VAT advice and compliance services.
Client Assistance: Assist clients with Xero bookkeeping queries and review client and HMRC correspondence drafting responses or communicating directly with clients.
Professional Standards: Maintain a high technical and professional standard through ongoing training.
Team Communication: Communicate effectively with the team on any issues or findings.
Client and Colleague Relations: Maintain a professional working relationship with both clients and colleagues.
Practice Activities: Undertake wider practice activities as required.

Education
Requirements: Proven experience leading audits within an accountancy practice. Studying towards or completed ACCA or ACA qualification. Strong technical knowledge of auditing, accounting, and basic tax compliance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities with a client-focused approach. Willingness to undertake on-site audit work as required.
