We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at a leading marketing agency. This internship offers handson experience in B2B and B2C marketing with a focus on recruiting influencers UGC creators YouTubers brand ambassadors and affiliates for various brands. If you are passionate about social media content creation and influencer marketing this is an excellent opportunity to gain realworld experience in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Influencers & Creators: Identify and engage influencers UGC creators YouTubers brand ambassadors and affiliates to collaborate on campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for different brands.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliates to ensure successful longterm partnerships.
- Social Media Management: Help manage brand accounts across major social platforms ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Content Creation: Support the team in developing and curating engaging social media content including captions visuals and videos.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitor activity and new social media platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Provide general support for the marketing team including campaign reporting and documentation.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook Twitter LinkedIn).
Strong interest in influencer marketing affiliate marketing and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for engaging content.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a hybrid work schedule.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content creation (even personal social media accounts count!).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred but not required.
