Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing strong sales acumen and a proven track record of closing deals in both B2B and B2C sectors. As this is a commissiononly role the earning potential is unlimited for those who can consistently bring in new business and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify generate new leads and close deals through networking cold calling and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships by understanding their marketing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches proposals and marketing strategies to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and ongoing account management.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and services.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and new marketing techniques.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in a marketing advertising or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies including digital marketing branding and social media.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Goaloriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a performancedriven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems. A Strong network of influencers or industry contacts is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for digital marketing, social media, and brand development.
