Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Travel Professional to join our team. As a Travel Professional you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements whether for leisure or business. Your expertise in travel destinations attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will be essential to ensure our clients have memorable and stressfree travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their travel preferences needs and budget constraints. Provide expert advice and recommendations for suitable destinations accommodations and activities.
Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries including flights accommodations transportation and activities tailored to the clients preferences.
Reservation Management: Handle bookings for flights hotels rental cars and other travel services. Ensure all reservations are accurate and confirmations are received.
Cost Estimation: Provide clients with detailed cost estimates for their travel plans including itemized expenses for flights accommodations and activities.
ProblemSolving: Address any travelrelated issues that may arise such as flight cancellations delays or changes. Work to find suitable alternatives and minimize disruptions to the clients travel plans.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring the clients satisfaction throughout their journey.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends destinations and promotions to offer the best options to clients. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge.
Sales and Promotion: Promote travel packages deals and special offers to increase sales and meet revenue targets. Crosssell additional services such as travel insurance and excursions.
