Job Description
Position Title: PrePrimary Teacher / Primary Teacher (PRT) Female only
Department: Education
Reports To: Head of School / Principal
Location: Shrimadhopur Sikar
Job Type: FullTime
Salary & Benefits : 12K to 20K between based on experience with food and accommodation for outsiders
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- PrePrimary Teacher: A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Diploma or Bachelor s in Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Primary Teacher: A Bachelor s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related subject with a focus on Primary Education.
- PrePrimary Teacher: A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Diploma or Bachelor s in Early Childhood Education preferred).
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years Experience in teaching children in the preprimary or primary age groups is an advantage.
- Familiarity with current educational trends teaching methods and curriculum for early education and primary levels.
- 1 to 2 years Experience in teaching children in the preprimary or primary age groups is an advantage.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Patience and empathy for young children.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers parents and school staff.
- Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.

Certifications:
- Certification in Child First Aid or CPR (preferred for PrePrimary Teachers).
- Any additional certifications related to teaching (e.g. Montessori STEAM) can be a plus.

Urgent required female Pre Primary & PRT Teacher in state board school in Sikar candidate must have good communication skill
