Coverage Type: Clinical only

Shift Schedule: MonSun; 7a7p or 7a7a

12 or 24hr shifts

Patient Volume:

Fac 1: 22

Fac 2: 10

Patient Demographics: Peds & Neonates

Delivery Room Volume: High

Fac 1: 3000

Fac 2: 4500

Physicians in Practice: 15 Neonatal Physicians

NPs in Practice: 13

Support Staff: 5 NICU RNs

Required Procedures: IP Acute Care

Duties:

NNP has patients on their service but are a lot of unitbased support attend deliveries & do all procedures.

Required to supervise other healthcare providers.

NICU Level: III

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Physicians do the daily check ins with patients.

Looking for providers who have significant availability to help

Fac 1 has the smaller & sicker patients; a little bit more intensive than Fac 2

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active OR License

BC/BE

NRP

Local (preferred)
