At least 3 shifts/week; 812 hrs

Must be available every week

Patient Volume: High volume/high acuity

Ave. No. of Surgical Cases: 75

% of Practice: 25% General 25% Neuro 25% Complex Vascular 25% Complex Orthopedic

Physicians in Practice: 38 Anesthesiologists

CRNAs in Practice: 104

Support Staff: Anesthesia Techs

Case Mix: Head Spine

Required Procedures:

General Anesthesia (Adult & Peds)

Spinal Anesthesia

Neurosurgical Cases (Head & Spine)

Office Equipment: Draeger Anesthesia Machines Mcgraths Pyxis (Medication)

Trauma Level: II

No. of Beds: 600

No. of ORs: 28

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Will be supervised by Anesthesiologists during cases

Medical Director will be there for Intubation

Responsible for preparing Anesthesia cart

Fastpaced environment

The facility receives transfers from Alaska Montana and Oregon.

May be required to work at a satellite facility for some shifts which is 15 minutes away from the main facility

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

WA License or willing to obtain

ACLS PALS
