Job Description
Occupli are delighted to exclusively partner with a FMCG Multinational client.
We are currently recruiting a Line Manager (Production).
Exciting graduate opportunity.
Process & People Management in this very busy role required to be a problem solver and manage a core team.
- Lead a Shift Team to achieve production targets/KPIs
- Ensure highest standards of product quality integrity and hygiene
- Excellent standards of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Housekeeping Practice
- Monitor and control costs
- Safe working practices and conduct of the team contractors and visitors
- Ensure team are trained ensure quality safe procedures / process.
- Maintain positive working relationships and ensure effective communication at all levels
- Ensure all work areas and equipment within your control are regularly and properly maintained to deliver optimum performance
- Maximising employee contribution and drive improvements in product quality and process/system efficiencies
- Liaise with QA & QC logistics technical and maintenance teams to achieve optimum results
- Interface with HR in relation to employee performance/development and any employee relations issues
- Update relevant HR systems
General Management
- Contribute to the overall department performance plan in the areas of Safety Quality Cost Delivery Motivation and Environment
- Drive correct usage maintenance and development of all production systems
3rd Level Qualification. Contribute to the overall department performance plan in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Environment Drive correct usage, maintenance and development of all production systems
Education
Relevant 3rd level qualification or relevant experience
