This role will be part of the local market team reporting into the Head of QuickCommerce. In this role you will work closely with local leadership in driving initiatives and monitoring business performance in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the functional teams. You will be responsible for managing the monthly reporting process with senior stakeholders both locally and regionally and pivotal in tracking progress across key strategic priorities particularly for crossfunctional topics across shops and dmart.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collate information and build presentations for monthly/ quarterly reporting purposes to local/regional senior management
- Build relationships with other key stakeholders across finance marketing pricing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs
- Drive development and implementation of the local market QC strategy to achieve budget targets
- Lead special projects endtoend in close collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders
- Define timelines and track progress of key initiatives communicating milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Provide insights and commentary on business performance to the QC regional performance team for upwards reporting to Pandora CLevel management
Qualifications :
- University degree in Engineering Statistics Economics Business or any other analytical discipline. Minimum 45 years of relevant experience.
- You are a datadriven person and possess the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data.
- You enjoy solving complex problems and possess a high attention to detail.
- You are highly motivated and communicative very energetic and independent in handling business challenges.
- You are a handson team player with advanced English communication skills verbally and written.
