Job Description

Field Service Engineer SIEVERS Analytical Instruments
Field Based from Dublin/MidLands Ireland

Are you a technicallyminded professional with a passion for analytical instruments and customer service 
Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (VWTS) is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Aftermarket Platform Centre of Excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Sievers Analytical Instruments a global leader in Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysers. Youll be at the forefront of maintaining cuttingedge technology while building strong customer relationships.

What are the DaytoDay Duties
Install and service Sievers Branded Analytical equipment
Perform preventative maintenance testing and calibration of TOC analysers
Schedule and plan your own workload balancing business priorities with safety and efficiency
Stay updated on Factory/Field Service Repair Quality Operating Instructions (QOIs)
Act as a technical consultant and liaison with customer management
Troubleshoot repair and perform validation of new startups and installations
Complete and distribute onsite service reports
Manage inventory of spare parts and generate customer deliverables
Conduct training for company trainees in various technical functions


Qualifications :

What skills and experience will our ideal candidate have
A degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Electronic Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering or industry experience
Knowledge of TOC analysers and semiconductor experience
Applied experience with analytical instrument systems in pharmaceutical water treatment or semiconductor industries
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer relationship management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for learning new software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to support sites at various geographic locations within the region
Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
ALevel or equivalent in Chemistry (desirable)
