We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated MCC Avionics Engineer to play a pivotal role in maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe and airworthy operation. In this role, you’ll coordinate all maintenance inputs, minimize disruptions, and drive operational excellence.
You will be the primary point of contact for maintenance and technical issues, evaluate aircraft discrepancies, and develop effective recovery plans. With a focus on compliance and continuous improvement, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold Riyadh Air’s commitment to safety and performance, B787 type rating is required.
Experience with AMOS and a proven track record in technical services and fleet performance optimization will set you apart.
Maintenance Coordination and Scheduling
Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective, or emergency) based on equipment needs, operational requirements, and available resources to minimize downtime.
Work Order Management: Create, prioritize, and manage work orders for maintenance activities. Ensure that tasks are assigned to appropriate technicians and completed on time.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the availability of necessary resources (labor, spare parts, tools, and equipment) to carry out maintenance tasks without delays.
Emergency Maintenance: Respond to urgent maintenance needs or failures, ensuring quick resolution to avoid disruptions to operations.
Monitoring and Performance Analysis
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of equipment and machinery through continuous monitoring systems, logs, and maintenance reports to identify potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
Condition Monitoring: Use diagnostic tools and condition monitoring systems to assess the health of equipment and predict when maintenance should be performed.
Data Analysis: Analyze maintenance data (e.g., failure rates, repair history) to identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for improvement in maintenance practices.
A minimum Diploma certificate, you will possess at least 7 years of experience in aviation engineering or maintenance roles, including extensive expertise in Avionics (B2), you bring a deep understanding of aircraft systems, technical manuals, and maintenance operations. Boeing 787 Type Rating Level 3.

Safety Protocols: Enforce and maintain safety protocols to protect maintenance personnel and ensure safe working environments during all maintenance activities.
Risk Assessments: Conduct safety assessments and audits, identifying and addressing any potential risks associated with maintenance operations or equipment failure.
Maintenance Planning and Strategy
Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that help in reducing equipment failure rates and prolonging the lifespan of machinery.
Root Cause Analysis: Analyze recurring problems or equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, such as optimizing maintenance schedules or introducing new technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
