With an eye for talent and a passion for telling our incredible story, you will be responsible for attracting passive and talented candidates to our organisation. You will represent the RX brand making potential hires feel at ease while ensuring their alignment with the needs of the business.
Strategic Workforce Planning
Forecasting Hiring Needs: Work with leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs based on business goals, market trends, and organizational growth.
Talent Mapping: Analyze the talent landscape to identify potential future hiring needs and proactively source candidates.
Succession Planning: Collaborate with HR to develop succession plans and identify internal candidates for growth opportunities.
Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates
Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms such as job boards, company websites, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, etc.) to find qualified candidates, and build a strong pipeline of potential hires.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize ATS to manage candidate applications, track their progress, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a first-class track record in recruitment with reputable brands.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from candidates about their interview experience and use insights to improve the hiring process.
