1.Manage and follow up on all feed supply (Crude, Sales Gas, etc) contracts and refined products. Liaise with the Suppliers, Off-takers, other customers and Scheduling Division regarding the preparation of the lifting plan.
2.Discuss deviations with regard to quantity, quality and eventual price adjustment with partners, Optimization team and the Scheduling Team.
3.Prepare and issue monthly and yearly nominations. Take an active part in the management of all refined products allocated for external and local customers to ensure optimized revenues for SATORP.
4.Ensure contractual provisions of supply and sales agreement (PetOA, COSA, FSA, propylene contracts, Benzene, etc) are correctly applied. Identify deviations and if needed take an active part in claims settlement process.
5.Follow actual delivery performance of product to customers.
6.Track and analyze demurrage for specialties lifted through ships (Petcoke)
7.Understand and compute the feedstock and refined products pricing methodology
8.Update all purchase and sales data related in SAP (price elements, contracts, nominations, quantity, etc) to ensure a smooth an electronic invoicing process
9.Support finance department by controlling the accuracy of the invoicing (price / quantity) issued or received for feedstock and refined products
10. Ensure that the crude supply program is in line with the targeted crude stock of the Refinery.
11. Take an active role in the yearly survey of SATORP’s customers and subsequent identified action plan.
12. Track and measure customers’ performance to identify any corrective action with a specific focus on Petcoke and Propylene customers.
13. Coordinate with the Scheduling Superintendent and Scheduling Engineers with regard to the daily operational matters related to specialty products and crude supply.
14. Understand the feedstock and refined products pricing methodology
15. Keep track and record all commercial and operational aspects of the position
16. Be the back-up of the refined product engineer for a short term period
17. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Head

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to understand, explain, and sell complex technical products.
Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and market research to effectively position products in the market.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a simple and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Product Knowledge: Ability to work closely with R&D or product development teams to stay up-to-date on new product features, functionalities, and innovations.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts between the engineering, sales, and marketing departments.
Technical Writing: Experience creating technical content, product manuals, white papers, case studies, and marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
