Oracle ERP Finance Senior Consultant

Your Opportunity

Forming part of the KPMG Oracle Cloud ERP team you will work closely with the KPMG team to enable project delivery activities across multiple clients. Typical clients are midsize to large multinational corporations ranging from professional services to financials retail government health or engineering organisations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the client to understand analyse and document their requirements and derive innovative solutions.
• Supporting and facilitating workshops that enable the customer to understand the benefits and opportunities of the technology and how it can benefit the business aligning to KPMG leading practices and cloud adoption.
• Work closely with advisory teams to design and deploy optimised user journeys through Oracle Cloud applications based on KPMG Powered processes.
• Assist technical peers with direction on functional requirements for integrations extensions and customisations.
• Providing clear and concise configuration and other solution documentation (e.g. writing Functional Specifications).
• Developing and expand own knowledge of Oracle Cloud and related applications through active selflearning formal training and contribution to forums.
• Maintain appropriate Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Assisting with presales activities and provide support where required for the preparation of proposals and tenders.
• Configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP products approvals and workflows design and configure security roles BI & OTBI reports value sets design studio and personalization.

Your Experience

• A strong interest in consulting and Oracle Cloud related products with a drive to keep up to date with new functional or legislative updates regarding these topics.
• Experience in implementing configuring or supporting at least four of the following Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules: General Ledger Payables Receivables Asset Management Payments & Collections Cash and Expense Management Project Portfolio Management Procurement.
• A great understanding of finance processes and practices and a demonstrated ability to interpret these into functional requirements.
• Recent implementation experience of an Oracle ERP Solution in a handson configuration role or as a business lead.
• Technical expertise in approvals and workflow configuration designing and configuring Security Roles BI & OTBI Reports Value Sets Design Studio and Personalization.
