Responsible for ensuring that workplaces adhere to local and IKEA standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Identify potential hazards analyze workplace processes equipment and procedures to pinpoint potential risks and develop strategies to eliminate or minimize them.
Develop emergency procedures that outline the steps to be taken in various situations that everyone knows how to respond to emergencies.
Provide the training to coworkers on safety procedures equipment operation and emergency response
Support the investigation of incidents/accidents to determine root causes and propose corrective and preventive measures to prevent similar incidents/accidents
Work closely with management to create a culture of safety within the organization. Provide insights data and recommendation to drive strategic decisions that priorities safety
Provide advice and consultation to other departments to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations standards and practices
Review engineering designs for compliance with company and industry safety standards
Promoting a culture of safety by fostering awareness communication and participation in safety initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or above with Environment science or Safety Science
Over 5 years EHS related work experiences in multinational companies.EHS
High safety consciousness and abundant safety experience
