The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to establish and lead the marketing function for our Salesforce delivery team in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to shape a regional marketing strategy from the ground up aligning with global marketing initiatives while addressing the specific needs of our German market.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our Salesforce offerings based on the the strategic vision and mission of the practice.
- Brand Development: Build and enhance the visibility of our teams brand within the Salesforce ecosystem and among key stakeholders.
- Campaign Management: Work closely with the Business Development team to plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.
- Content and Storytelling: Create engaging content that showcases our entrepreneurial culture and the transformative power of our Salesforce projectsa and oversee the creation of compelling content including case studies whitepapers and thought leadership.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage events webinars and workshops to engage prospects clients and industry partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional activities with overall corporate strategy and leverage existing resources.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs and ROI metrics providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand trends competition and client needs ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in marketing roles ideally including leadership touch points.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies preferably in the technology or Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the German market and cultural nuances in business communication.
- Experience working in a global organization and managing crossfunctional collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Passion for working in a startuplike environment and driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in German and English.
