Clinical Duties:
- Escort patients to examination rooms and ensure their comfort.
- Conduct medical history intakes and triage patients chief complaints.
- Assist providers with dermatological procedures.
- Clean and prepare exam rooms between appointments.
- Handle clinical tasks such as communicating biopsy results to patients.
- Take telephone messages; provide feedback and answers to patients providers and pharmacies
- Sterilize medical instruments in compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage medication prior authorizations efficiently including specialty medications (biologics).
- Additional backoffice tasks and duties as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Answering and returning phone calls and address inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Collect copays and patient account balances
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Perform any other reasonable pertinent duties as delegated by management.

Experience:
- 1year experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Dermatology experience preferred
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
