Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Lead the Vision: Guide and mentor the HR Business Partner team ensuring their work drives retention engagement and growth.
- Strategic Impact: Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps drive succession planning and implement development strategies to boost internal promotions.
- Drive Retention & Culture: Champion programs like performance management recognition succession planning and career development to enhance the associate experience.
- Analyze & Act: Use data to identify trends and create impactful strategies for retention and talent development.
- Be a Change Maker: Implement human resource and change management initiatives that deliver short and longterm results.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 8 years as an HR Business Partner. (Required)
- 46 years leading HR Business Partner teams. (Required)
- A passion for mentorship strategic thinking and building an engaged thriving workforce.
Education / Certifications
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience. In related field (Required)
- PHR/SHRM Upon Hire (Preferred)
20% Travel schedule will vary based on project work
