Job Description

MANAGEMENT OF GLOBAL CATERING & TRAVEL PARTNERSHIPS

Take charge of executing our current Global Partnerships ensuring prompt implementation across all partnership pillars. Devise strategies to enhance existing partnerships fostering mutual value for Red Bull and our Partners in the long term. Scout for fresh partnership prospects that sustainably expand the horizontal and vertical distribution of Red Bull. Employ impactful Stakeholder Management techniques with Global Partners to stretch limits amplifying distribution and volume from the top down.

STRATEGIC PROJECTS

Contribute to refining Channel Strategies for Catering and Travel aiming to develop tools that enhance both horizontal and vertical distribution setting benchmarks for excellence within our partners locations. Collaborate with the Red Bull Global Trade Marketing Team to innovate strategies that add value for our Global Partners accelerating distribution. Establish a close working relationship with markets to ensure excellence in data reporting for Global Partners facilitating informed strategic decisions.

LEADERSHIP AND TRAININGS

Take charge of toptier and strategic sharing platforms to promptly implement crucial initiatives across all markets. Assist in locally executing partnerships for markets involved in the Global Partnership ensuring the completion of Local Partnership Contracts. Collaborate in coleading Sales Training Academies to further the growth and development of our Red Bull Teams.


Qualifications :

University degree in Business Management Project Management Economics or Engineering or the equivalent field experience

Excellent command of English German is a plus. Other languages advantageous but not required

A minimum of 5 years considering internships experience with Account Management ideally within the On Premise or a FMCG is required

A resilient sales mindset is required for this position as you will be tasked with the roll out of projects from inception to completion

Selfmotivated teamplayer who enjoys working in a diverse and fastpaced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders

Exceptional presentation skills and excellent communication skills both written and spoken

Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

Passion for networking and establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales within the On Premise

Strategic and innovative thinking will be needed to create specific unique commercially focused strategies which are scalable at the global level

A problemsolving mindset with strong willingness to learn is a must as this is a development position within the team


Additional Information :

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 3.139 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
