Job Description
Our organization FCM is seeking a motivated and talented student for a curricular internship at our production plant in Nonantola.
The selected candidate will coordinate the activities of technicians responsible for maintaining physical infrastructure including heating and cooling systems electrical plumbing and fire protection systems as well as the upkeep of structures fixtures and office furniture.
The role also involves overseeing the local reception service. In cases of emergencies that could jeopardize business continuity the Facility Manager will intervene to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Additionally the responsibilities include the strategic development and planning of the companys real estate assets.
Qualifications :
Education: You are enrolled in a masters degree program in Civil Building Environmental Engineering or Architecture.
Experience and knowhow: You are skilled in using the main IT tools (MS Office) and design software such as AutoCAD.
Languages: You have a good level of English (minimum B2) and are fluent in Italian.
Soft Skills: You are detailoriented proactive and focused on achieving results. You have strong interpersonal skills are an effective communicator and can collaborate well at all organizational levels.
