Business Development Application Design Engineer

• Encourage and support integrators and distributors with market and product knowledge.
• Assist sales teams in explaining concepts to endusers and influencers in the Nordic Region.
• Get involved and work out specification system design tender documents and bill of material incl. budgetary quotes for individual project leads.
• Support upon request in final installation and commissioning phase in the country (cluster).
• Develop public address voice alarm or conferencing solutions tailored for critical sectors and substantial projects incorporating thirdparty components within the Nordic region.
• Conduct product training sessions at Bosch training centres or onsite at customer locations.
• Assist sales and marketing teams in the execution of regional and global projects.
• Serve as the primary contact in the Nordics for the central support team and product development regarding integration partners and thirdparty applications.
• Plan prepare and execute proof of concept tests in the Nordics.
• Upon request participate in specialized project teams to contribute to the comprehensive design of systems as well as to enhance cybersecurity data security and networking principles.
• Provide assistance to sales teams and clients regarding system diagrams as well as project and product documentation.
• Represent Bosch Nordics in local meetings and committees including NORSOK EN54related communities and other local safety & audio regulatory bodies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Demonstrable practical experience in the installation commissioning testing promotion and design of Public Address Voice Evacuation and Conference Systems.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Strong technical foundation in audio and complex network topologies.
• Excellent teamwork skills with highlevel communication abilities and a robust customer focus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with persistence and dedication.
• Passionate responsible resourceful and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Capable of delivering results under pressure or tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Visio and AutoCAD to process or provide system design drawings.
• Proficiency in acoustics and simulation software (such as EASE) is highly advantageous.
• Strong presentation skills to articulate the benefits of products or integrated solutions to external stakeholders as well as to provide training for technical teams.
• The position is based in the Vantaa office; however candidates should be willing to travel primarily within the Nordics and occasionally to other European countries.
