Job Description
As a Manager within the KPMG Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team you will find yourself at the forefront of sustainability assurance and reporting collaborating with a diverse range of toptier national and international clients alongside a team of dedicated ESG professionals. Along with your team you will work on those projects assuring the companys information on several environmental and social topics.
Following a comprehensive onboarding process you will integrate into our network actively contributing to the realization of our clients ambitions worldwide. Besides working on client projects you will work on thought leadership receive training on personal development and content knowledge and experience all social benefits that come with being in a fastpaced KPMG department.
In your role you inspire motivate and coach the teams and contribute to the larger groups development.
Qualifications :
- An academic (WO) Masters degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably in the field of assurance and/or ESG.
- A Postmaster Register Accountant training (or equivalent such as CPA) is a plus but not a must have.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbally).
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus but not necessary.
- The ability to coach more junior colleagues.
- Experience in independently carrying out (assurance) assignments as a team leader and you have consultancy skills.
- Commercial and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
