Product Analyst NLP Machine Learning Research

A hybrid work model requires 12 day/days a week in the office.

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Product Analyst in the Language Intelligence area under the Machine Learning Research department who will play a key role in shaping products such as Semantic Search and Machine Translation by analyzing product data creating forecasts and valuing new product initiatives. A crucial aspect of this role will be the ability to derive insights from data generate hypotheses and create product development strategies based on analysis. The ideal candidate should be an SQL expert have a basic understanding of Python and ML modeling and possess knowledge of statistical methods.

What will your work consist of

• Analyzing product data using SQL to understand customer behavior identify trends and areas for optimization.

• Taking an active role in generating hypotheses deriving insights from data generating recommendations based on data and creating product development strategies.

• Conducting statistical analysis and creating forecasts.

• Preparing models and tools for valuing new initiatives and product strategies.

• Creating data visualizations using Tableau or Looker Studio.

• Collaborating with project teams to develop product improvement strategies based on data analysis and forecasts.

• Helping prepare and set up A/B tests.

• Analyzing the complete ML pipeline highlighting potential areas for improvement and bottlenecks.

• Designing experiments for ML projects such as A/B tests causality exploration and model analysis and subsequently offering insights derived from observations.

We are looking for people who:

• Have the ability to actively derive insights from data generate hypotheses and create product development strategies.

• Have experience working with databases and excellent knowledge of SQL to create complex queries and analyses.

• Are able to work in the cloud environment and are familiar with the GCP or other ecosystems.

• Possess basic programming skills in Python for automating analyses and data processing.

• Are capable of applying statistical knowledge in practice.

• Have basic knowledge of the Git version control system.

• Have experience in creating data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Can work in a team and collaborate with various departments.

• Have basic knowledge of ML modeling and understand the AI model lifecycle.
