Job Description
What does this role involve:
- You will be managing and optimizing sponsored campaigns in Google Ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- You will update campaigns based on product changes and availability
- You will automate processes to improve operational efficiency and streamline
- You will conduct A/B tests implement datadriven solutions and develop longterm strategies to ensure sustained growth in performance metrics
- You will monitor competitor activities stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as marketing sales B2B customer support product development and technology
- On a daily basis you will balance creative and analytical approaches to deliver highquality performance under time pressure
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience in managing SEM campaigns particularly in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking with the ability to budget forecast and analyze campaign performance
- Are adaptable to changing conditions open to process improvements and skilled in creative problemsolving and process design
- Effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders while managing time and meeting deadlines
- Are proficient with tools such as Google Ads Manager Google Ads Editor Google Analytics 4 and market analysis platforms like SEMrush or Similarweb
- Are fluent in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
