Job Description
To perform air operational duties of air export as well as performing other duties to meet the Departments growth and profit objective.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into system as per company requirements.
- Use AE Workflows daily to manage shipments exceptions.
- Coordinate with CS team to confirm cargo delivery status
- Print LABEL and issue HAWB to shipper for local clearance
- Coordinate with warehouse operations for G.W & DIMS
- Cut HAWB (PICK UP Receiving & HAWB issuance)
- Issue air freight and local charges invoice to customers
- Send MAWB confirmation to airline
- Verify AMS/ACI information and download to US & Canada
- Close recap within 1 hour of BLP
- Close document pouch to airline
- Follow up loading with airline or Expeditors gateway office
- Send copy of nonnegotiable HAWB & invoice to shipper for confirmation
- Print air freight & local charges invoices and attach with original HAWB pass to HOD for signature and then pass to accounting department
Qualifications :
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS:
Knowledge:
- Understanding transportation process of all models is a plus.
- Expeditors Products and Services.
Skills:
- Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely obtain positive results.
- Proactive strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
