Job Description
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in branch management Were excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Branch Manager to join our dynamic team in Boston United States. As a Junior Branch Manager youll play a crucial role in driving our branchs success leading a dedicated team and ensuring exceptional customer service. Salary $50400 Plus bonus annually $32775
(paid monthly) and company car.
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff management customer service and financial performance
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of branch assets
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations
- Handle customer inquiries resolve complex issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with regional managers to optimize branch processes and improve overall efficiency
- Analyze branch performance data and prepare detailed reports for upper management
- Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean organized and professional branch environment
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and customers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial management skills
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week including day and evening shifts as needed
- Must be at least AGE old and authorized to work in the United States
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving team success
