Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to join our team in Boston United States. As a key leader in our organization you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. Salary $73500 Plus bonus annually $36225 paid monthly and company car.
- Lead and inspire a team of banking professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and increase market share
- Manage the branchs financial performance including budgeting forecasting and expense control
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and community partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branchs customer base
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Oversee the branchs risk management practices and maintain a strong control environment
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
- Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Indepth knowledge of banking products services and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software systems
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative solutions

As a mobility service provider our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone app or directly in our SIXT branches.
