Job Description
This role will support the Lab of the Future Project (LotF) in the QC Laboratory at AbbVie Cork. The project runs fromand involves a Sample Manager upgrade use of Lab X Green Lab Certification and implementation of QC electronic batch records.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lab of the Future
- Generation of QC electronic batch records per Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) and Laboratory Execution System (LES) requirements
- Completion of Change Plan tasks as required for the LotF project
- Support Sample Manager 21 implementation programme
- Support LabX implementation programme
- Support automated calculation programme
- Support Snr Support Analyst for Lab of the Future Instructor Led Training
- Support Green Lab Certification Programme
QC Department Support
- Support QC department audit readiness for internal and external inspections
- Completion of own CAPA Change Plan Audit tasks in line with site timeliness requirements
- Support QC Compliance Specialist as Laboratory Investigation writer and implementation of effective CAPA as appropriate
Qualifications :
- Primary degree in analytical science or in an equivalent sciencebased discipline
- 3 years minimum experience in pharmaceutical quality control laboratory. Experience of Trackwise and applicable modules ER CP and audit an advantage.
- Knowledge of QC regulations European and FDA regulations
- Experience with QC analytical methods and procedures
- Knowledge of QC equipment and data integrity principles
