Security Guards mfd for 1780 gross per hour

Your main tasks:

• Contact person for securityrelated matters
• Utilisation of and expertise in access control systems on site
• Detecting and preventing unauthorised access
• Responding to alarms within the specified timeframe
• Video surveillance in accordance with local laws and data protection
• Managing badges (including creating printing distributing photographing checking inventory)
• Visitor management
• Accompaniment of vendors
• Key management
• Accurate and high quality incident reporting (e.g. maintenance health and safety first aid emergencies or other types of incidents)
• Protection of assets
• Providing a consistently high level of customer service
• Carrying out frequent patrols of the site
• Undertake reception duties outside of business hours and on request during business hours
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes 
• Improving the security level of the site by recommending innovations and new working methods to site management
• Representing the client and Securitas in a manner that upholds the standards brand and values of both

Qualifications :

What you need:

• Security Guard IHK Examination according to 34a GewO (Sachkundeprfung gem. 34a GewO) preferred
• Experience in the security industry preferred
• Valid guard ID required and (willing to perform additional background screening checks as required by the client)
• Experience in high volume customer service
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• You enjoy working in a team but also independently and on your own responsibility and are actively involved
• High willingness to regularly undergo further training to expand your knowledge and skills
• The idea of service is a priority for you
• Ability to work with integrity even when unsupervised
• Knowledge of access control software
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office
• Strong general IT skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach to all activities
