Are you ready to gain handson experience in accounts payable (AP) and develop your financial skills in a dynamic multicultural environment Join Evac this summer as an AP Accounting Trainee and contribute to our mission of sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
As an AP Accounting Trainee youll play a key role in supporting the accounts payable team with essential daily tasks including:
- Invoice Processing: Manage invoices efficiently using Medius.
- Communication: Handle internal and external email correspondence answering inquiries as needed.
- Supplier Management: Assist with supplier creation and bank account updates.
- Mail Handling: Process incoming paper mail related to accounts payable.
- Reconciliation: Support accounts payable reconciliation efforts.
- Travel Expenses: Handle travel expense claims.
- Accrual Preparation: Gather information for APrelated accrual calculations (final calculations and bookings will be handled by senior staff).
Keys to Success
- Education: Ongoing studies in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Attention to detail organizational abilities and effective communication.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with financial tools (e.g. Medius) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Mindset: Positive proactive and eager to learn.
