Who We Are:

Our Protocol Review Specialist team is growing and we are currently training up a carefully selected elite team of highly skilled Sales Performance Coaches. Our Sales Performance Coaches will help us coach our Protocol Review Specialists to achieve fully optimized sales performance metrics.

At Tribe Wellness Sales Inc. our sales reps are referred to as Protocol Review Specialists and we teach them how to ethically sell health and wellness products to help our customers live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Our sales consultations are 100% appointment based and our Protocol Review Specialists enjoy a 50% closing rate on their appointments with an average order value exceeding $500.
With each appointment we guide the customer through a carefully crafted health protocol script designed to optimize their results from the product that they have already purchased. Using permission based selling we then offer additional products that may help the customer based upon what they have shared with us in the conversation.


What Youll Do:

Step 1: Achieve Success in the Sales Role for 6 weeks

Attend Scheduled Appointments: You will enjoy a calendar full of scheduled appointments for Protocol Reviews with our customers. This will give you first hand real world experience with what you will be teaching and coaching.

Learn: We will teach you how to ethically close sales of health and wellness products to help customers with their specific challenges. We will train you on the script and process that you will be using as a Sales Performance Coach.

Earn: You will earn a sales commission on every sale that you make and we will teach you how to make a lot.

Live: Work from your own home and utilize our tech tools and platforms. Join us at the Austin Office as often or as little as you would like.


Step 2: Complete our 2 Week Sales Performance Coach Training Program

Learn: We will teach you how to analyze call transcripts and data using our state of the art AI technology designed to supercharge your coaching impact

Observe: You will have the opportunity to shadow our executive level management team as they demonstrate actual performance coaching sessions


Step 3: Complete Your 4 Week Sales Performance Coach Apprenticeship Program

Dive In: You will review call and performance data and prepare for one on one sales coaching sessions with reps

Demonstrate: You will be able to host Sales Performance Coaching Sessions with your trainer in the room to observe your performance and provide feedback.

Excellent Earnings: Our Protocol Review Specialists earn 20% commission on the gross margin of their net sales revenue paid in USD. Our Sales Performance Coaches earn a Base Salary Plus a share of sales profits that will help you achieve an incredible income.

College Level Sales Training: Our patented sales training methodology has been offered as college credit at Texas State Universitys Sales Masters Program.

Work From Home: You will work from your own home and just log in to our systems. You can come to our office in Austin TX any time you like.

Monetize Your Passion For Health and Wellness: Most of our Protocol Review Specialists are either already working in or on their way towards working in the Health and Wellness industry in some way. From Chiropractors to Physical Therapists to Nutritionists Tribe is where the healers come to learn how to sell health and wellness products and services.


What Were Looking For:

Hard working and highly driven individuals who embody Tribes core values of helping people heal.
Knowledge background or raw passion around health and wellness. This is a nonnegotiable you will literally be talking about health and wellness all day long
Experience in sales is an advantage but with our comprehensive tool kit we welcome those hungry to learn and grow.
A selfstarter motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales and leadership.
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written with topnotch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications and data transfer with an Octane Speed of 20000 or greater ().
A backup system for power or internet outages.
A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with working mic camera and a working headset. You will be on zoom with your team throughout the day.
The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).

What is a Protocol Review Specialist

A Protocol Review Specialist is someone who attends a 20 minute Protocol Review Appointment with a customer that has purchased a new health and wellness product.
On the Protocol Review Appointment we walk a customer step by step through a carefully crafted Health and Wellness Protocol designed to help them optimize their health with the product that they just purchased.
About half of the time these customers could benefit from additional health and wellness products like supplements programs coaching or devices. So using our well tested and carefully scripted process called permission based selling we offer the customer additional products to support their goals. This process generates a sale on 40%50% of the appointments with an average order value somewhere around 2X what the customer spent online. So reps can sell anywhere from $1000 to $5000 every day depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.
