Pediatrician – FullTime Permanent Position
Location: Beverly Hills CA
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team in Beverly Hills. This fulltime permanent position involves providing primary care to pediatric patients contributing to clinical excellence and working collaboratively to enhance patient care outcomes.
Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:30 A.M. 5:00 P.M.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients including conducting physical exams diagnosing and implementing treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory xray and other diagnostic tests adjusting treatments as needed.
- Serve as a resource for patients and families helping them navigate the healthcare system and addressing concerns.
- Mentor and confer with student and resident physicians as well as other clinical and support staff regarding patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives peer reviews and the establishment of clinical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to discuss clinical concerns and identify opportunities for improving patient care.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements and the development of best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new clinic programs and take leadership roles in health care initiatives and projects.
- Identify and address staff training needs collaborating to create and deliver relevant training opportunities.
Position Requirements:
- Valid California medical license with no history of disciplinary action.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or related primary care specialty.
- Current DEA license and BCLS certification.
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating pediatric ambulatory care patients.
- Basic knowledge of local state and federal regulations for patient care in a clinic setting.
- Familiarity with county state and federal programs such as CHDP FPACT EWC MediCal and Title X preferred.
