Job Posting: Afternoon Industrial Painter Supervisor
Location: Guelph ON
Shift: 4:00 PM 3:00 AM
Wage: $28$30/hour (10% afternoon shift premium)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 46 painting staff.
- Assign duties and prioritize urgent orders.
- Collaborate with the day shift supervisor for shift handover.
- Perform handson tasks when required.
- Handle material movement and use korzite paint for steel coverage.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of industrial painting experience in a factory setting.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- 2 years of overhead crane experience.
- Must be able to read both metric and imperial units.
