So that you dont have to imagine this we have developed amberSearch. amberSearch is an AIbased inhouse search engine to make it easier for employees to access knowledge
Not only do you know what AI is able to do but you love to find out and develop how it really works every day As an AI Engineer in our team you will develop customized models train powerful algorithms and take our AI search platform to a whole new level. You use machine learning neural networks and innovative problem solving to answer the question How can we use AI to solve real problems and set new standards in AI technology together with us.
Tasks
- You are responsible for integration and finetuneing for a variety of AI models vision and language models to consistently improve the quality and performance of our plattform
- You develop automated AI pipelines that adapt to our user behavior to continually refine which models deliver the best results and yield the biggest customer satisfaction
- You evaluate benchmark models on our domainspecific datasets and assess their applicability for various customer needs and usecases
- You optimize the performance of our plattform and improve search as well as answer generation times by developing faster more lightweight models
Requirements
- You are an AI expert: You have extensive knowledge of AI model architectures beyond Large Language Models (LLMs) proven early adopter (e.g. published papers blog posts) is a plus
- You are experienced with Java C C# Rust or similar compiled/strongly typed languages
- You are familiar with GitOps development processes and workflows
- You have handson experience using AI code development tools such as Cursor or similar
- You had the chance for some initial experience deploying smaller language models locally or in quick iterations as well as finetuning them
- You are eager to drive the continuous improvement of our AI solutions through the identification and testing of emerging technologies
