Your Role:
- Launching and optimizing Google Ads Bing campaigns (Search Display YouTube)
- Conducting keyword research bid management and continuous ad copy iteration creative optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance tracking KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conducting A/B testing and experimenting with different strategies to improve performance.
- Contributing insights to enhance creative development for Display and YouTube.
- Managing tracking reporting and automation of campaign performance.
- Presenting actionable insights and performance results to key stakeholders.
What Youll Bring:
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for campaign management and bulk changes.
- Experience working with analytical systems (BI Tableau or similar).
- Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred (NicetoHave)
- Degree in engineering computer science another technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.
- Proficiency in German Dutch French Swedish Spanish Italian Portuguese.
