Job Description: Techno Functional Lead
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TechnoFunctional Consultant with a strong background in Allegro and extensive knowledge of the North America Power and Gas business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Allegro as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allegro Expertise: Utilize indepth knowledge of the Allegro platform to configure customize and optimize solutions for the Power and Gas business.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements processes and challenges in the Power and Gas sector.
- Solution Design: Design and implement effective technical solutions that align with business objectives leveraging Allegros capabilities.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Allegro and other systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Allegrorelated issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials for endusers and technical staff. Document system configurations processes and changes thoroughly.
- Cloud: Knowledge of AWS cloud will be a plus because the Allegro instance is running on the AWS cloud
- Team Player: Able to work in a multivendor environment including the offshore teams.
Skills/ Must Haves:
- 10 years of professional experience
- indepth knowledge of the Allegro platform to configure customize and optimize solutions
- Power and Gas business industry experience
- cloud experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- AWS cloud experience (Allegro instance is running on AWS)
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- relevant certifications
